The topic is on ‘Mold Awareness, Causes and Remediation and their Effects on Real Estate Transfers’ All attendees voiced their satisfaction and appreciation on the class and said it will clear lots of myth and misconception about mold and its effects. Realtors feel they will be able to handle a mold issue in a Real Estate Transfer better after this class.
